I would like a high and tight rear bumper that has a receiver and recovery points that is low buck.

I forgot to mention that I have the factory rear bumper if there is someway to use that in an interesting or inexpensive way.

I do love this design but it's double the cost of the unit I posted above that is open box for 160. It also doesn't come with shackles and doesn't include shipping.
The quality of the dirtworx is probably more than double that of the one you posted. Smittybuilt will get very little love here.

We have a version of that Smittybilt bumper and the clearance is about as good as a Warn I have on another rig. We got the Smittybilt with just the rear receiver and no D-Rings. We will use the receiver for a D-Ring Hitch when in need of recovery.

Here's another good option that is actually cheaper and gives more clearance.

I don't think they make a lot of great things but at the end of the day I don't think I'm going to get double the value out of basically a welded box. If it stays on and the recovery points are strong, what more do I need?

This appears to be what I'm looking for. Thanks.

Having had a Smittybilt in the past and a DirtWorx now, I guess I can speak for both.

The Smitty worked fine for the 3 years I owned it and despite the constant attack from UV light, the powder coating held up better than the powder coating on my MetalCloak flares (which both faded and rusted after less than 1 year). I used it for towing a small utility trailer as well as a number of hitch-related tasks (bikes, cargo carrier, etc), as well as a few snatches/tows. Never had a problem and before I got a deal on Starkey's used DirtWorx, it was probably what I was going with again for my LJ. I liked the simplicity and overall had decent clearance (particularly when you consider it had a rated hitch for towing and recovery).

Thanks for the good feedback on the smittybilt and metalcloak for that matter.
