What did you do to your TJ today?

Did some quick resto work on my faded hardtop today. Tried using magic erasers as done by a few other guys. Definitely not as good as a new paint job but good enough for me to not bother with the work of painting! Went through 4 erasers and gonna pick up a few more to do some final touch-ups.

May try an oxidation remover yet, and afterwards going to apply Meguiar’s Cleaner Wax.
Will post final results!

Whats all that green stuff back there?

They are unusable but I removed my back seat.
Ha Ha ! I was being funny . I don't have a back seat either . I took out the belts and brackets . The back is for our two dogs .... the back seat is two dog beds and carpet. I want to build a little trunk area and cover with matching carpet. Have that little area to put things to get to from the tailgate.
Going to put this holder behind my console as it has no cup holder in the rear on the 97 console. I have two containers with screw on tops , one for water and the other for dry dog food.

I was extreamly lazy, and drove mine to the shop of a friend of the families to have a winch, front and rear bumpers installed. I have to work 16hrs tomorrow, and will be toast on Wednesday - so figured I would just get it done the lazy way. His business was a bit slow so he should be finished by the time I get off work on Wednesday (10am ish). I could have probably done it myself today after work, but instead gave blood at a local blood drive (and took a well earned nap afterwards).

With the rain moving in Sunday afternoon, I parked Sport back in the shop. Getting ready to remove the rear bumper tire carrier combo and go with a minimal rear bumper and the spare mounted in the cargo area.
I thought about the spare inside but the rubber tire stinks and I want all the area for the two dogs. I am putting a Barnes flush bumper on 129.00 not bad. I have some 1.25 Dom and a bender and will have a step in the middle with cleats on top mod.

Fishbone has one with a step but mine will be a lot different.
