Is this rust bad?

Hey, I'm new to this forum and shopping around for a used Jeep TJ. I found one that looks great as far as exterior and interior but has rust. I'm not sure how much rust is bad for a TJ and was hoping you guys could let me know. I attached the pics that I have below.

It's difficult to tell from pictures without smacking things with a hammer but all those pictures look fine.

For the east coast it looks pretty good and worthy of a closer inspection. The front axle look like it's had a seal leaking for a while. The lower control arm bracket looks bent and possibly re-welded.

That looks great for a NY Jeep. It all depends on the price.

Looks good from the outside, but as mentioned above, you need to check the inside of the frame.

Good, quality rust is hard to find these days. I go to PA to find mine.

A hammer tells you nothing, until it's way too far gone. You see lots of rust in LA?

This doesn't look bad at all. Get a cheap scope and look inside the frame. It's cheap peace of mind in your area.
