Ok no giggling….

Had anyone seen lug nuts like this?

These are super rusty and I’d prefer to confirm right tool before I try to start taking them off. They look like I’d need some sort of key.

If you’re replacing them anyway, you could pound a tight fitting socket on there to get them off. Or get a nut/bolt extractor set to grip them and get them off. Something like these. You may need to use a punch and hammer to pound them out of either one and may sacrifice the socket you use.

Some shops will have a master key set with all the variations or dig through your vehicle see if you can find it. Craftsman chrome 3/8” 12 point sockets you can pound over them and loosen with a breaker bee.

Well, no worries about the wheels being stolen. Looking at the rims probably be doing a favor. I take it rotate tires is a foreign concept here.

Lol. I took a picture of the best rim too.
I really need it so I can put wheels and tires on. Just grabbed a set of OEM 15x8 rims off Craigslist

This may be my last resort but I don’t want to ruin the spines in case I do find a proper fitting socket/key. I may try and buy a new set with the same key since I need to replace anyway

My breaker bee says most of those take a larger socket since the lug stud is 1/2".
 
Yeah. What everyone else said. Any tire store ought to have the tool for these. I got my splined lug nuts & the appropriate tool when I bought my wheels. Here’s some pics of my lug nuts, the tool that goes with them & the 3/4” socket that fits on the end of the splined tool. Just use whatever socket wrench, impact or torque wrench that you have.

I use the Gorilla Locks version of what the OP pictured. All five per wheel including three on the spare.

I know they can be defeated, but they might slow a would-be thief just long enough for an intervention. If you have the serial number, Gorilla Locks will send you a new key. If not...plenty of workarounds.

All the solutions for getting them off without a key is telling us security lugs don’t stop anyone. I quit using them long ago.

I use a good set of real lugs that don’t rust.

Full disclosure: my rims cost 300 each. I don’t leave Jeep parked in the bad part of town lol.
Try a set of the Mopar security lug nuts and put 5 on each rim. They may get them off without the key but at an hour each, they'll move on to something easier. If you have rims where the lug nuts are buried in the hole, that makes them almost as good as welded on.

The Mopar versions have a hardened sleeve around the outside of the nut that just spins away when you hammer a removal tool onto it. The only way to remove them is to weld the sleeve to the nut and then hammer on the removal tool and a socket won't do it, has to be one of the left hand twisty bitey type unless you are good at welding a hex.
