Car pics too cool not to share

Not enough wheels for this thread, but hey...it's mechanical.

I have always loved bobbers...

That one looks like my flavor.

As for the rest of the rides, I've never ridden a bobber, always baggers or crotch rockets. I guess it's do I wanna go far or go fast. I do love a springer front end and spoke wheels though, and I love the dual white walls on the bottom two.

That is one sharp '57! While the '56 Ford is my all-time favorite, the '57 made some nice improvements over their predecessor. The front suspension was much beefier, and generally more modern. And of course, '57 was the first year for the bulletproof Ford 9" rear axle. Stylistically, the '57 was so much sleeker than any previous Ford, as well. Nice, crisp lines, and tail fins that didn't dominate the rear flanks, but only accentuated them. Just a very nice car.

In 1952 Packard’s Director of Styling Edward Macauley and chief engineer, Bill Graves, were searching for Packard’s new design direction and they came up with this Special Speedster. Built on a 1951 Packard 200 Deluxe Sedan platform, they reduced the cockpit area and lengthened the rear deck to make a dramatic speedster. To enhance the theme, they added huge sill plates which ran the length of the car. It was also the first Packard to use a wrap-around front windshield which would reach production by 1955.

That SO needs to be an El Camino/Ranchero type of vehicle (or a Ute, as the Aussies call 'em). Otherwise, I'm just not feeling it. Did you notice the rear windshield wiper?
