P2096 & P2098 codes. Could a PCM Swap fix this issue?

Hey everyone, (owner of a 2005 Tj 6 Speed)

My Jeep is currently throwing the p2096 and P2098 codes. I replaced all the O2 sensors with NTK's but the codes came back quick enough. I know of the TSB 18-028-06 Bulletin and believe it could be the fix I need. I called my local dealer to have it done. The good news was they have the equipment to update it which is great. The bad news? Well the bulletin states that international dealers (I'm from Australia) will need to get a hold of a DVD with the update installed. The dealer doesn't have DVD and they are unsure whether their computers will be able to update it or not.

My question is..
If they can't update it and I can't get this DVD, would I be able to get the PCM from an 06 model 6 speed and put it in my 05? I assume it'll not have the same p2096/p2098 issue. Any advice would be great.
