FWIW. Moving my fan shroud was harder than doing the body lift. I gave up and did the MML with the riser blocks.
You're either really good installing a BL or don't know how to use simple tools???
My last BL took 1 hour &15 minutes. Using a Dremil to elongate the holes on my fan shroud took 15 minutes.
Full Disclosure.
I drank 2 beers while relocating the fan shroud (4 minutes). 🤫

Removed these damaged "resistors" (?) from the trailer hookup wiring. (to prevent a short) Not sure what these are or why these were inline? Any ideas?

I plan to totally rewire the hookup so this wiring will removed / not be used.

You used to use those (if they're resistors) when the trailer had a 6 volt electrical system but the tow vehicle was 12.

I cut down the OEM bumper, filled the holes and painted it, capped off the ends w/ mopar caps and mounted the Savvy winch guard… I think it turned out great!

I finally did something to my TJ!! I dug it out of storage, aired the tires up and blew some of the dust and cobwebs off. LOL I would have given it a bath but didn't want to get soaked do to it being so miserably windy out. I am so tired of the wind. Ughh. Anyway, it will get a bath the next non windy day but for now, I just cleaned the windshield good enough to see out of. :D After the bath I will take the rear windows out for the summer.

With gas being at $5.79 a gal, I only plan on driving it one or two days a week to work and back. I just miss driving it so now that there are no camping trips planned for my bus, I decided to swap spots so it is easier to take the Jeep if I want. :D

I also need to repaint my guards. One day I want to take them off and have them powder coated. Lots of cobwebs.

man, that does look pretty good. Nice job. You just weld up the holes? Also you mention "Mopar Caps" are they a plastic end cap? Why not weld a steel cap on and get some extra strength? Just thinking out loud here cause you have given me a bit of inspiration for mine ;-)

I did something similar except when I cut mine I left enough face material to bend in on the ends for caps.20210901_105038.jpg

Wait, camping in a bus? Like a real bus?

Also I am enjoying going topless. Weather has been nice, only in 90's.

Thanks… I don’t have a welder so I used jb weld epoxy putty stick and pressed it in from the backside and when hardened I sanded the front down and used spot putty if needed… already had the caps so I just cut the bumper to match the caps… easy peasy!

Took the boy to get a haircut in the Jeep naked. For the last two weeks I haven’t driven it due to rain chances most days. Then it doesn’t rain, so today I said “up yours weatherman!” Well joke was on me, managed to get under an overhang for the worst of it, but it was a real cold and soggy ride home! 😂😂

I have a very strict variably rule…generally won’t take the jeep out without top and doors when rain chance is greater than 40%…unless I really want to!

Drove through three rain storms keeping top down two weeks ago returning from PA…despite having all the pieces. I think most would have put up the top at sight of the first, nearly everyone after the second…and then there’s me! To be fair though, at speed the mesh too keeps quite a bit of rain out!
