well, i hate it for ya.
i know the pain and the aggravation of being held back by it. i can sympathize with the lack of a decent nights rest and the inability to be comfortable.
i've avoided the knife, they couldn't do knees back then, no way i was lettin them near my back. TBH the chiropractor did the most for me as far as pain management, never took any meds even when i couldn't move. going from 235# to 190# helped a lot, now i don't have daily pain unless i overwork it,
again it's no race work your pace, there are a few of us here chompin at the bit to be finished up and able to wheel, but rushing through and not being thorough or hurtin yourself to get there isn't the right way to ensure you can enjoy it once you do get there..
what do you run for seats? i chose Corbeau's. i was warned about the tall bolsters and tight fit, but TBH it's a great choice for me and keeps me very tight and stable...........something my back will thank me for after a long day of not rocking down the trails.
