Rubicon locker pump photo request

There's no real reason to put them where Jeep did unless you want it to be like stock. Just run them wherever they make sense. I mounted mine inside the ABS tray support (to do this you'll want a right angle drill). It kind of sucked. However I have to move them again when I hiline anyway.
ARB pump for the front locker is in the ABS tray.

I’m happy with the stock location.

I mounted mine under the hood when I ditched the factory skid plate.

I know that was posted a little over a year ago and it doesn't look like it was installed that day so I've got questions.

How long have they been mounted there?
Since that rod can vibrate and bounce around has there been any issues with only two screws holding each of them on?

Another question, for anyone really.
Do those compressors prefer to be mounted "flat" like that, the original mounts, and every other DIY mount I've seen so far, or does it really matter?

I'm asking all that because I'm in the middle of my quick temporary "fix" to get to the trails with some friends this weekend. They're "hanging down" like that for two reasons. First I figured keeping both screws near the COG evens out what each screw is holding and they started out "hanging down" because that's what they wanted to do before I tightened up the screws. If I hear no warnings about what I've done so far, my temporary "fix" may become a permanent installation.

Using the OEM compressor mounting bracket after trimming its excessive length off, I mounted my compressors on the driver's side fenderwell inside the engine compartment. I love the location and that the factory mount with rubber mounting bushings was usable there.

I've done several different configurations under the hood.

But this is my favorite location, considering how much these cost now!
