Basically everything is in working order except the tail lights when the car is idle and lights are on. Bulbs work when brake is applied, so not an issue with the bulbs. Any idea what I can be looking at or for?

Bulbs are dual filament, so a separate filament for running lights, and for brake/turn. I'd pull a bulb and measure for voltage at the socket, if none there, look into fuse and then switch. Do you have front and front side running lights?

Thanks for that info! I don't have front or side running lights but will measure the voltage and see what that reads. Also will work on the profile!
