My go to when I was living in Boise, ID was Bucks Bags. They do all sorts of custom work. I've used their saddle bags up and down wilderness trails crosscutting fallen logs and repairing tread.

Check out Macs Tie-downs . Canvas tool bag. I had one but the daughter has it now. I use a harbor freight bag the same size..

Thrift stores like Goodwill often have a huge selection of duffel bags, backpacks, courier bags, laptop cases, shave kits and even hand bags that make great high quality gear bags and I often find they are as un-used as peoples gym memberships. It doesn't hurt they are pennies on the dollar so you can toss them in the back of a rig and not worry much. It's funny but I've found make up organizers are just about the best first aid kit case you can buy at any price with very high quality materials and waterproof compartments. I know some guys need matching luggage but that ain't me.

Overland Outfitters (https://www.overland-outfitters.com) has HD canvas+leather bags, this one hangs on the back of the seat:

A few other examples...

They also have a tailgate MOLLE panel for the TJ (this photo shows their JK version) and bags to go with it.

They also have these roll bar bags, one of them might be large enough for the starter pack. These photos show them in various locations in the TJ and LJ:

Most everything they have comes in tan or black.

I found that my Noco Boost GBX55 fits perfectly in an M-14 magazine pouch. This is what I use in two vehicles:

The velcro closure pulls tight to close and is secured with a snap buckle.
