Anyone using a tankless electric water heater?

I've been wanting to change over to tankless for a while and looking at the Rheem Performance line of heaters.
The following are two sizes I'm looking at:

RETEX-24 - https://www.homedepot.com/p/Rheem-P...ctric-Water-Heater-RETEX-24/300800689#overlay
(My area - 3.4GPM / Two showers)

RETEX-27 - https://www.homedepot.com/p/Rheem-P...ctric-Water-Heater-RETEX-27/300800755#overlay
(My Area - 3.8GPM/ Two showers and one sink)

Since both models use 3x40A DP/DT breakers I'm leaning towards the RETEX-27.

If you have one, what do you think of it, what brand and size did you choose.

They have small passages and can clog up and lose efficiency if not flushed regularly.

I don't think this type has the small passages (although I haven't seen inside the pipes). It's basically three electronically controlled heating elements that come on and off independently according to demand for hot water.
Here's a picture of the inside:

I assumed that they were similar in design to the gas ones. Now I realize that it has to be a completely different design.
