Not into slammed trucks but this ain't bad.

That early 60s hood looks like it's been modified to make the front edge lean forward, maybe to look softer or more aerodynamic or something. A straight on shot from the front would help us see it better, or maybe worse due to what looks like bull horns surrounding the headlight bezels.

The chromed cowl panel is a strange addition but chrome (glasspack?) exhaust stacks are always cool. Side pipes the same diameter would probably help but I'm not complaining there.

Oh yeah, it needs truck mirrors. They shouldn't be huge but they should be standing rectangles with top and bottom mounts.
 
As been said before, the wrong rims can totally kill the build... And IMO these are for sure the wrong rims for this rig.
