I heard OJ was going to take a stab at being their spokesman.
I didn't make the meme.... Although, since not too many Komifornians are going to drive to the Serengeti to see Caped or Water Buffalo, I think it's pretty safe to say the maker of the meme meant the "American Buffalo" aka Bison...
And then there's always this!!!

Bison comes from the Greek word for beef animal or ox.
