work perfect - were on the Jeep when I bought it. They will spoil you! but I’m certain I’ll ruin them on the trail types the rig will be exposed to.

Could the ends be shortened to work on a TJ.??

I installed amp research steps on a 22 F250 today and yes I’m positive they can be shorted. The steps are basically plastic(correction thin aluminum) with end caps.

These steps are aluminum (hollow/ extrusion) so yes they could be shortened - what I don’t know is if mounting to a shorter frame will be an issue with fitment. I suggest calling air research- they probably have an old duffer there that remembers LJ / TJ part numbers. I’m betting a fella could disassemble the step and modify to fit. - seems the reach and lever action/ angle is what make it unique to body style ( Jeep vs truck vs suv etc)

It appears that the rear mounting point is under the door. If so I wouldn't think the mounting locations would be any different between a TJ and LJ, just maybe longer amount of step past the rear mount.

Now, the next question is would they (or you want to) even be able to be shipped at a reasonable rate.??
 
I’m willing. Only, you can decide reasonable rate. Ship is a 4 letter word nowadays. You may be able to get an idea on cost from 95124 to your house by falsely placing an order from a vendor for a similar product from California to your place.
Amp research is in California ( not close to me though) they can likely tell you an est cost.

Yes, I just sold some of these, they came with a JKU I got for my wife. The mounts can slide side to side and trimming would be simple.

I took a closer look at the steps and can confirm what LAKEBEARD said - The extrusion is designed to allow the step to be moved fore and aft by simply loosening the mount bracket clamp at the step, and moving the step - see the pic
