Noise at full lock

I have been hearing a low pitched ticking noise when turning full lock in either direction moving and still. The sound happened before and after a full zj steering install along with new balljoints, u-joints, and unit bearings. The noise only happens when fully turned and I can let off just a little bit and the noise stops completely. This has been happening for a while but didn’t think much of it but after replacing most of the front end I realized I should see if it is an issue. Could this ticking be an issue?

Umm you guys wouldnt happen to mean the noise a power steering pump makes? If its a stupid question just ingnor but if you truly turn to full lock which everything ive been taught has said not to, but that again is just what i was told growing up. You might be pushing it to far?
