So it turns out my catalisator is okay, i will cut out it anyway. Now the doubt is its either burnt valve or one or two injectors not working. The muffler produces the close to burn valve sounds but it doesnt suck the paper back to muffler. Its more like very poor performing machine gun sound if i srick paper to muffler. You can see it in this video

The power of my 4.0 and ax 15 first speed, 2nd speed is okay but once i change to 4-5 it lacks power, behaves like choking

Here are some ideas

Get a compression test set and you will be able to figure out a few different things like general health of a cylinder, and/or isolate if you have ring or valve issues.

Edit; I also recommend having a vacuum gauge so you can see what's happening on the intake side.

I assume that you have made sure your ignition system is working properly. If so, are you sure that your exhaust system is clear and that your catalytic converter or muffler isn't clogged up? I've seen similar issues with a failing/clogged cat before.

I hate to throw multiple things at you at once, but take them one step at a time.

Strange funny sound near cat.converter and lack of power at the speed of 4-5 gears.

That strikes me as a clogged cat. Take a short ride (5-10 minutes) and look at the cat. I wouldn't be surprised to see it glowing red-hot.
