Help with the SwayLOC

So do both bars move on the drivers side when in off-road mode?thanks

Yeah as Blaine said.

But I remember when they were first installed the body roll was like practically 0. Handled like a little race car

Then I took it rock crawling and after two trips if that it doesn’t feel as tight as it once was. I’m specifically talking about on road mode. Off-road mode is fine

Wonder why?do you think the main bar bends a little, since it is moving also off-road?maybe Blaine has some input.

No, the tubular torsion bar is not bending offroad. It is simply along for the ride with no resistance since it is being turned by however much the left side is being rotated by the smaller inner bar. There is no resistance given by the larger torsion bar since the other side is not connected.

Is there a bunch of other new parts? "Stiff" can be related to many other parts/bushings.

Loose/failing CA bushings can feel like that as well.

worn track bar bushings can give it that wonky feeling.

I called to inquire about my order since its been 2mo. They offered to canx the order, which I declined. They said the bar is on backorder and didn't know when Id get it. I asked if Id get it this year, they said yes of course. I asked will I get by Halloween, they had no idea. Just before hanging up they told me there are 11 on order and I'm number 18 on the list.

I called. The lady didn't know anything about a "list". Said she would put in an ECA whatever that means. They will contact the manufacture and check on their orders with them and get back to me with a possible ETA through email. I'm not holding my breath.

I'm afraid to call. Too easy for some asshat to mash the wrong button.

I had two orders come in the last couple of weeks. Matco tools send me a pair of hose pinch off pliers I ordered two years ago. And Summit sent me my Walker exhaust down pipe...ordered that 16 months ago.

Just gonna start making all my own shit...need to make a forge... guessing my old axles and track bars will make nice knives and axes.

I keep thinking they are just waiting it out so we’ll cancel. I had it in my cart the night before when only 1-2 people had ordered. I put it off till the morning. Now I’m somewhere in line. Fortunately I’m not in a hurry. I can wait them out.
