Just received confirmation of shipping notice from Quadratec and a tracking number from FedEx. SwayLoc on the way. Scheduled delivery Wednesday, 8/31. 😀

Looks like everyone is having a good day.

The best method we have found is to start a bushing on one end of the big bar after putting the lube in it. Stick that through the crossmember and get the bushing put on for the other end. Stick the tool through the bar, center the top hats, start cranking it in.

The bushings try to squish out around any flange that is smaller. The ID of the top hat is big enough to fit over the large bar. Depth is 1" total. Move and it doesn't work as well, less and it will bottom out on the bar before the bushing is seated.

I used a threaded rod to install my Antirock bushings, hopefully I still have it. Thanks.

Forgot to mention to take off the top hat on the end that sticks out too far, flip it around and pull the bar over to center it that way. This tool takes it from literally 20 minutes of trying to beat the bushings in to about 5 minutes of low effort to get both in and the bar centered.
