What can I do about being thrown around in my TJ when driving through ruts?

Could someone please translate that for me?

I believe the OP wants to know how to control the ride quality while driving through deep ruts.

I think it should read: "What can I do about being thrown around in my TJ when driving through ruts"

While we don't know the nature of the wheeling conditions or the nature of the being thrown around (person or TJ) I would hazard to guess possible solutions as either shocks, wearing a seatbelt, or swaybar disconnects...

Your track width is narrower than trail. Increase your track width, pick a different trail or buy a different rig.

What to do but being thrown around do to ruts on my tj

Are you referencing when driving on the street or off-road? Also need more information. Wheel size? Wheel width? Tire size? Fill out your vehicle information in your profile as it will help out in future posts also.

I assumed she meant on the trail. If she is talking about paved roads there is a real problem to deal with.

@LJ Great except that is in a different thread. So my questions still apply.

More information on your TJ will help answer your question. Rutted roads are hard on our narrower tracked rigs.

Only two posts made six minutes apart. You think they're different scenarios?

No but I wasn't looking at the other posts made in a different thread. I never said they were different scenarios but my post still applies. We need more information on the TJ to be able to offer any real help. Wide tires can make a TJ follow the ruts in the road really bad.

Like @Wildman said, there are too many variables without you clarifying some information.

Give us more information about your Jeep what all has been done to it.

Don't mind LJ he's just here to rip on people who actually ask questions...

YA just pick up the pieces at the bottom and start rebuilding ! 🤣 🤣 or you can go slow and enjoy getting thrown around and laugh your ass off the whole time !
