4 new goodyear wranglers mounted after work yesterday. fun driving around with them inside the 2006 sport all day.
Rough starts. Only a few stalls. Hardly any bucking
I wouldn’t have offered it if it were not something I was willing to part with. In any event, I’d wager a guess that I bought it at a fabric store like Joann Fabric’s. It’s available in different gauges of stiffness if my memory serves me well..
Well done … I taught both my daughters stick shift on my jeep too… Think I need a new clutch now…

I’ve given my daughter seat time on a few occasions. She get’s encouragement from the fact that my wife can’t do it, nor any of her friends. Truth told, my wife can’t drive a shopping cart without getting into a jam but that’s another conversation.
My wife encouraged me to buy my Rubicon 5 speed, because she said she would learn to drive it. She has never ONCE even tried to learn. She then said that she has never needed to do anything, and guys always took care of her because of her good looks (and huge boobs). I told her, "those days are long gone sweetheart. Get in the bitch and drive."
p.s. In all honesty, I wasn't that nice, but I did buy her a WJ a couple of weeks ago.

Looking into my exhaust leak and after dismantling the intake and exhaust manifold I finally found out why they say crack is bad 
stainless manifold for a 2.5 is like $500 so I guess I’ll order another shitty cast iron one and keep my fingers crossed.

The box for my Moog DS1312 ZJ tie rod showed up today. Just the box. The rod had punched through both the Moog box and the outer box. Good times. Replacement should be here Monday.

Got the speaker pods and speakers installed today.
How's that hardtop supported? Looking for ways to improve my system.
Electric hoist attached to a home built 3 point load spreader, 1 at the rear and the other 2 at the doors.

After further inspection I see the fitment is for all TJ 2.5 except 97 models. Not sure if there’s a real difference between the manifolds on the different years with the same engine but I’ll probably order one and see.

Believe me I thought about it lol I have some high heat JB weld but not enough time to let it cure before driving to work lol I just put this new one on in April
