Shaking with hubcentric rims

At this point I seriously doubt you have a balance problem. My guess is the wheels simply aren't mounting properly and therefore produce vibration similar to a bent wheel. The problem is every time you install a wheel it fits slightly different so you end up with constantly varying vibrations.

sounds like you might need another set of wheels (lug centric) to get rid of this headache. have never cared for hub centric wheels myself

I am of exact same opinion!
That constantly varying vibration that does not go away with faster speed is the key indicator that something other than tires is happening. But im trying to be open minded here and not sway public opinion.

Mind reader ! That is what i want to do.
I didnt even know there was a difference between how wheels mount, i have always assumed that it is a job of lug nuts to assure proper fit. About a week ago we had a thread on here talking about lug centric wheels and hub centric rings, and that got my gears spinning. I started digging and find out that i have hub centric rims.

I already got in touch with rim maker, and they have offered to replace with exact same rims. But i told them that i have serious doubts that doing so will change anything. Worst case i have 5 bad rims, best case i have 3 bad rims, there is just no way it an issue of me receiving a bad batch. Going to a tire shop with 10 rims and playing switcheroo till i find which rim plays better with my Jeep is ridiculous.

If lug centric rims fixes the issues, ill have a strong case against rim maker. If nothing changes, ill have a good reason to take Jeep to a shop and have them put a dial on hubs to see if there is a run off, which is from what i have seen and my symptoms if very unlikely to be the case. Results of that will determine if i go ape shit on a tire shop or not.

I forgot to include this response to a question from their website, this is why i am so focused on measurements and fitment of this rims.
Hub centric - snug fit - close tolerances (but not super precise)

There is plenty of wiggle room in center bores when i set dial at 71.5mm.
I have dealt with hub centric wheels before, they had centric rings/ spaces that assured a proper fit, and they had a snug fit - just enough to be mounted without a need to use a mallet. In comparison what i have is a loose fit, not snug.
