Can anybody identify this front bumper?

Saw this bumper for sale locally for a good price and was wondering if anybody could ID it?

It is not a bumper.
It looks like a Tomken Machine winch plate and brush guard. If it is
I don't know that they ever offered it with the grill hoop. It may have been available at one point or someone could have welded one on.

I like the way that looks, but mine doesn't have the pieces that stick out from the bumper so I think it would look goofy.

Most of the stubby bumpers don’t have that anyway and you can pick those up for hardly anything
 
Did you cut yours and weld in new plates at a rear angle?

No- just sliced it and folded it back-

Marked It all out with a carpenters speed square - then cut the length- then the top and bottom free from the front , then cut them at 45 degrees and bent the remainder back
