Guy on the left I'd TOTALLY rock that dress (which was obviously made to fit him) - although I'd prefer a more open neck. Guy on the right's outfit doesn't do anything for me, but it looks comfortable enough. As @JEEPCJTJ says, I too don't know who the hell most of these people are, nor do I particularly care; but more power to them all the same. There was some guy in a really cool dress at one of the Hollywood award shows, let me see if I still have the picture...
Yea, somebody named "Billy Porter", and it was the 2019 Oscars. I don't like the necktie and the tight neck, but the rest of his outfit is spectacular, albeit VERY hot:
