What did you do to your TJ today?

Built a quick adjustable and removable gun rack using unistrut and some spring nuts. Can adjust width to hold different rifles. It's coyote season!
I'm glad somebody found a solution to get rid of those pesky creatures on the border. (y)

No picture but after the install of a winch + mounting plate the added weight (roughly 100lbs) caused the front end to sag a little bit (obviously) so I ordered some Teraflex 0.75 coil spacer's (Part#1905172). Together with the OEM coil insulator they add 1 1/4" of added lift, but with the OEM insulator removed they only add 3/4" which was the perfect amount to make up for the added weight of the winch👌

BUYER BEWARE: Whether its from 4WP, amazon like the link above, or any other site, they're sold individually! I didn't realize this when I only received one in the mail instead of two.

:ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: Yeah same with the OME little yellow spacers , unless you buy the whole kit they come one to a order so you order two, you have to read the fine print , "this is for one spacer" ! I wanted Rancho shocks so I went that way and anyone interested the ride is nice and I couldn't be happier !

Admired its form under its very own cctv camera I just fitted! Summers is here and the crickets are a chirping :)
There is something about a jeep to those of us outside USA that cries LEVIS Juicy Fruit and the Brady Bunch mixed in with Jukes of Hazzard lol We all grew up on that same American dream you did :)

Bike carrier on and hitch basket a bit permanent at the moment as I am off work doing shortish distance road tripping until Jan 6th!
Long service leave and annual leave has given me from Sept to Jan with full pay!
To tell you the truth I am not sure I will actually go back to work because since I was 16 years old when I started my apprenticeship I believed the dream, but the truth is life is just way too good to go to work everyday.

SO TRUE! Also, nobody can guaranty how long anyone will live. Enjoy every minute of it! Jeeps help a lot. (y)
p.s. I did bad things when I was younger and I'm still paying for it now (3 ex-wives).

what 3rd brake light did you use? I need to replace the OEM one on ours

I was being sarcastic (skull pic), but I bought a $25 3rd brake light ring on Ebay and modded it to fit my 15" wheels.
p.s. That damn @NashvilleTJ is supposed to warn new members that my account gets hacked a lot and I forget to take my meds.😇
p.p.s. That 3rd brake light ring is bright at night! If someone hits you, they're HIGH!

Nice buy. My Rugged Ridge version was $75 from Extreme Terrain but works well with a 15" wheel out of the box. I wasn't sure I'd love the look but it IS highly visible.

I just ordered the front two which should be delivered Monday. Bought the rear ones a couple weeks back so I guess I need to paint them up and get everything ready for install early next week. When you painted yours did you prime first or just paint a couple coats?

Chris please make sure Jamison C gets double points- He and I have basically twin Rubicons now. And sorta like the old cowboy movies the good guys drive white.

You’re going to hear some noise out of some other members that have recently acquired black Rubicons....let us know if they start getting out of line. Actually they would have to be in line to get out of line so I’m not sure we have to worry about it.

Try this kit: Shift Linkage Repair Kit I used some of the bushings on my daughter's Jeep.

Yea I saw that one online too. I’m more interested in the bushings that hold the torque shaft bracket. Mopar discontinued them a while back apparently. It has some type of threaded insert in it for the bolts that inside the driver side floor pan that holds that bracket underneath the Jeep. I will probably go ahead and buy this kit though to replace whatever I can while I’m redoing all that shit anyways
