Anyone know what this rubber cover goes to? Ans: "Cowl Drain"

So put a SS SYE last weekend, and ran a SpeedoHealer (that has its own issues).

I was under the hood near the battery as that is where I mounted the SpeedoHealer.

Picking up tools and getting ready to test drive, this is laying on the ground. I cleaned it some, but I am very confident it was on the TJ. It’s not open on either side , so it had to slip off the end of something?

It looks familiar but I’m an idiot apparently, looked and cannot see what it went on, not like there’s an open plug etc.

Mother F'er.....I must have hit it with the speedohealer wire or something. Good excuse to make sure it's clear and get it back on, ha.

Thank you, much appreciated. What would I do on the weekends without another project....watch the Texas/OU game, nah, have a part fall off the TJ, ha.
