So I’ve on literally the last few steps of a Dana 44 swap front and rear.

I had got a new soft brake line. A new breather bolt for the block.

I put on a RockJock angled track bar bracket.

The freaking hard line will not fit, will not let me get the block into the axle. Can’t force it.

Anyone have this issue? I’m a little exhausted on this for today, but any guidance would be much appreciated .

Some sort of trackbar bracket? Maybe the hardline is supposed to go under that next to the factory bracket? Is that the part that's keeping it from fitting?

The more I look would going “under” that bracket be stupid?

Yes. If you weld the raised track bar mount, how would you replace the line? Answer: Not easily! If you don't weld it, you'd have to remove it to replace the line. Just bend the line around the outside and be done with it.

Thanks y’all, By the time I had tried a few times, I ended up with that whole half hard line off and straightened. Worked it and bent it all starting from scratch and got it bolted up and bled out excellent.

Thanks
