How long did you wait after ordering? Did you get all your parts? Listening to everyone complain about customer service seems ridiculous.
Some are willing to deal with that just for the quality product. Some aren’t. It’s a personal decision.
I was all in wanting one until this thread. Sounds like no one that’s done business with them has had a decent experience. Missing parts, can’t get ahold of them, indefinent timelines. I own a business, don’t understand how a company that doesn’t give a shit about its customer stays open? You all talked me out of it. Now just need to decide what I do want
everyone talks shit on Genright, but they will answer the phone and talk with you about any of the product they sell.
Genright should fix their bumper description or start making the bumper they describe.
