I have a coolant leak, not under pressure so more than likely from the heater? Small pipe around 1/2 inch coming through the fire wall. on my passenger/your driver side
At bottom of pic it looks like something is missing where the leak is? No overheating with many hours driving this week at highway speeds but can smell it with widows closed as it goes on the hot parts lol any help appreciated.

That is a drain so that in normal circumstances, your AC condensation can drip out. There isn't anything missing. It looks to me like your heater core needs to be replaced since coolant is leaking from that drain.

Thanks, sorry for the late reply ,12-hour time difference and I have to sleep sometime :) I dont use the heater so can I bypass the heater core?

Hows that done? Anyway your signature under your name I used to have on a Tshirt I bought in Bali 12 years ago, Fuck you you fucking fuck lol, now I am wondering its true origin, I thought it was Bali tourism being Bali tourism a bit like how the Chinese get English all wrong :)

That link should give you a good idea.

Someone else was nice enough to change my signature and you’re the first I’ve seen comment on it.
