Hearing this noise when turning hard left. It isn’t the U-joints because I just replaced those. My control arms are pretty beat but this noise sounds more like vibration and isn’t in tandem with wheel speed. It’s like something is rattling against something but only when I am turned hard left. Once I stop the noise stops so looking at everything when the jeep is stationary doesn’t help much in diagnosing.

Had something Similar, stuck some HF magnets on the back of the brake dust shields and haven’t had it since.

Do seem to remember tracking down a front plate rattle or light or something round about the same time…. Maybe it was the winch control box? Idk.

I'll check the brake dust shields. Thanks

Don't make hard left turns. Be gentle turning left. 🤭 Your tire is hitting the lower control arm on the driver's side.

Had a similar noise and figured out just what @TheBoogieman said...tires at full turn were just a bit large and were rubbing against the front lower control arms. Added a washer to each of the steering stops and that fixed the rubbing noise.

Tires aren’t hitting control arms at full turn, and steering box frame bolts are torqued to 70 ft pounds. It happens at left and right turns. I’ll keep at it though.
