Mine does something very similar to that.
I assumed it was coming from the front.
Coming from left rear,goes away after a few miles does it worse when wet out,maybe our BMB guru knows?

The shoes are dragging and chattering. Have you tried adjusting them until they slightly drag?
Put the rear on jack stands and idle it in gear. Watch the calipers and see if the rotor is moving them back and forth.This is on a d 44 I bought out of a really clean 2005 lj,I had Dan in St. Louis do the gears I installed it with new calipers ,pads and hi carbon rotors,can’t figure it out,anything you can think of -thanks
