That's a '52 F3 Marmon Herrington (see below). Love these things!

Marmon-Herrington

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Marmon-Herrington Company, Inc. is an American manufacturer of axles and transfer cases for trucks and other vehicles.[1] Earlier, the company built military vehicles and some tanks during World War II, and until the late 1950s or early 1960s was a manufacturer of trucks and trolley buses. Marmon-Herrington had a partnership with Ford Motor Company, producing trucks and other commercial vehicles, such as buses. The company may be best known for its all-wheel-drive conversions to other truck maker's units, especially to Ford truck models.[2] Founded in 1931, Marmon-Herrington was based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with a plant in Windsor, Ontario, and remained in Indianapolis until 1963. It is now based in Louisville, Kentucky.

Hoping this link works . . .

That's awesome, HL! The 426 they reference in the ad is undoubtedly the "wedge", and not the hemi-head that most folks think of when they hear "426". Those seats also appear to be of the same variety used in the A100 vans. Love that console! All-in-all, a very cool package!

When I was a teenager I use to think these were a funny looking rig. Damn I wish I'd known what I know now. And had been rich enough to have a warehouse to store all these "Wish I'd Bought When they Were Cheaper Rigs" in.

Love these things now.

OK. I'm sure this is dumb question but what's up w/ 4 plug wires and 3 exhaust tubes?

The center 2 cylinders share an exhaust port

Ford flathead V8 conversion on it. They came stock with a flathead 4, but folks learned that you could do the V8 swap (conversion kits became available), and voila! You have what you have pictured!
