Backstory: My grandparents are the original owners of my 2005 Jeep LJ.
After finishing boot, I didn't have a car to drive and I took it off of my grandma's hands many years ago as she stopped driving.

As the proud owner of my grandma's jeep, I wanted to build something that she would love!
Heres gma's LJ around when I first started driving it:

I wanted the keep the stock aesthetic as much as possible. Hence the stock fenders, stock bumpers, etc

Short list of upgrades:
5.5" long arm suspension - 4 link in the rear and radius arms in the front. Mandrel bent lower arms for clearance
on stock axles for now
4.88 yukon ring and pinion front and rear
PowerTrax grip pro LSD's front and rear (I wheel in the snow a bit more than I do rocks, but they do terrific on both tbh)
TJ moab wheels
315/75/16 Ironman MT's (great tire considering how affordable they are)
12k Zeak winch and plate to fit over the stock front bumper
Rubicrawler from advance adapters gives about 100:1 final drive ratio in double low range
curt rear tow reciever
aluminum radiator
aftermarket exhaust system with thrush muffler. dumps under the belly, don't call me lazy
tom woods drivelines
EBC yellow pads (highly recommend, this thing stops no problem)
morryde HD tailgate hinges
custom 3rd light spacer to clear the 35" spare
V8 ZJ steering swap

ill update as I think of other stuff
