I have a 2000 Jeep wrangler with a five speed transmission and can’t for the life of me figure out why it is that every time I take a right had turn it dies it won’t do it going through a long right only if I am turning at a light or turn into my drive way or a business it won’t do it on a left hand turn ever so why right I am stumped please help

My first thought is a loose ground strap, maybe the engine block ground. Get under it when it's idling and pull the grounds you can see, see if it quits.

It may not be much help but...

Years ago, I had a truck that the alternator light would come on but only at high rpm's. It turned to to be a broken wire on the alternator. At high rpm's, the engine torque would shift the engine enough in its mounts to break the connection. At idle, it would re-make the connection.

What does it do when it dies? Just the engine shut off or does power go off completely?
