New "open box" 10lb 250psi Power Tank Kit in Candy Blue. Empty, hasn't been filled. Tank is a ~ 4 years old, has light scratches & scuffs from garage storage. The kit was ordered as "Package B" but the TIG-8200 inflator is not included or available.
