I'm only getting 10.8 volts to the coil terminal but the battery is reading 12.7 volts. I have 12.7 volts going to the ASD relay from fuse 6 to terminal B1. Somewhere there's a 2 volt, voltage drop. Is this enough not to start the jeep?

I’m no expert but,,,I just went down this path Saturday.
Have you tried shooting some starter fluid into the throttle body ? That will help you determine if you have a fuel or an electrical problem? Two completely different directions for diagnosis.

I'm stuck on this voltage drop of 2 volts, it just doesn't make sense. I appreciate the advice but this isn't answering the question.

Well my thought process is, if you introduce some fuel (starting fluid) into the throttle body and it fires, then the 2 volts are not stopping the coils from firing. If it does not fire then the 2 volt drop deserves closer investigation. Good luck, I hope you figure it out.

I went through this a few weeks ago, my clip on the fuel tank to the pump had come undone, guess who ever dropped the tank last didnt get the full Click when putting it back together. Nice fix
