Help Identify Wheel

Hi,
Yes, my first post, but looking forward to learning and contributing. This is my 3rd Wrangler and 4th Jeep but it has been quite a while. I am purchasing this 04 TJ and while I am arranging for the pickup of the Jeep, I wondered if someone might be able to tell me if the wheel(s) shown might have been an option in 04 or if these are aftermarket. Door sticker shows
215/75R-15, but I suspect these might be 16" wheels. I cannot find where the tire (Firestone Destination) is manufactured for a 15" rim unless it was discontinued.

Haven't picked up the Jeep yet so I couldn't view the tire size. That is why I was asking if rims were stock or not. The tire size on the tire is worn so it doesn't show up in the picture. All a moot point as the Jeep was not available to be sold and instead went to auction. But....found another one.

Found a 06 X Is there any concern with the fact it has been used as a TOAD?
