See post 29 above. It's not so much a lever on the backside as it is more of a tab near the lower outside of the seat back. Of course if your cable is broken inside, locating it won't do you much good.

My 2003 Passenger Seat tumble feature didnt work and it turned out the cable was broken at the attachment point. I went to my local bike shop and had them sell me brake line cable and a little Do-Hickey thing that holds the cable to a bike and then purchased an aluminum cable clamp to attach a loop to the seat post. Has worked great for several years now...

Yep, i knew the passenger did, did not know that the drivers side did. Makes getting things in and our of the back seat a lot easier.
