2004 TJ Factory Fog Light Wire Colors

Likely a dumb question but, for factory fog wiring, which color is ground, which is power? One blue wire, one black. Changing to the Lasfit 3” pod fog lights LED). Thanks!
 
On my 2000 the blue wire coming out of the flat connector near the abs tray is the power for factory fog lights.
 
Thanks everyone. Look like I have the turn stalk issue. Fogs flicker on and off when any pressure is applied to the stalk lever. Looks like I need to swap it out for a new one. Amazon?

Avoid cheap or store brand replacements, they don't hold up. If you can't find a Mopar replacement at least go for a premium replacement. I'd check www.rockauto.com for what you need, you'll get an assortment to choose from.
