i talked to the guy that sold it. He said it sold for 18k to a cop that plans on keeping it for a long time for him and his kids to enjoy. Im Just shocked that it sold for so cheap and no one else found the post for that long haha.

If not rusted in that area he gave it away-

He said only a tiny bit of rust on the muffler. What do you think he could of gotten for it?

The trend lately has been 24-30,000 with very few even advertised- Most of the low mileage nice ones like that just change hands, they really don’t go on the open market.

We have seen some really crazy things on Bring a Trailer, up near 50k.

The nicest one I have ever seen sold at a low price belongs to @Hog and it was over 20 I think.

I know of one in particular that will sell in the mid to hi 40’s if it sells, and that will he only if the owner parts with it, not because of the price.

Would’ve sold for around $30,000 on bring a trailer. Pretty rare to find a low mileage near original LJR in that condition.

Some people don’t join forums and such and really don’t know… I found mine on Craigslist of all places and it was for sale for over a month..if he had posted it on this forum or a other jeep forum he would have been overwhelmed with callers
