2002 Sport, Dana 44, 5 speed, 4.0L
Almost completely gone through, no expense spared. ODO 206k. No check engine light, obviously. Located in Phoenix.
Zero rust AZ jeep. No accidents. Drives like a dream. Super dialed in.
1000 miles on engine rebuild, .020 over, new pistons/ring,bearings, water pump, oil pump, timing kit, crank pulley, OPDA, gaskets, seals, s-belt, nomex hoses, etc. to include all new sensors (crank, cam, temp etc.,)
New brown dog ultra flex engine mounts. new Mopar transmission mount.
New clutch/flywheel (LUK OEM) plus T/O bearing (national) and pilot bearing.
New ac compressor, lines, condenser etc.
Terra flex Slip Yoke eliminator with Adams driveshaft. Transfer case overhauled at same time (new shift fork included)
Savvy transfer case cable shifter.
Complete front axle overhaul, to include powertrax no slip locker, new carrier bearings, axle seals, outter seals,
Ball joints, upper/lower, u-joints(spicer everything)
New Timken hub bearings
New HD ZJ steering kit.
Replaced OEM track bar bracket with stinky fab racing Heavy Duty OEM replacement and upper control arm bracket with stinky tab trail proof upper control arm bracket.
Complete new brake system to include Mopar brake booster, new master cylinder, new calipers/rotors and Black Magic pads. New stainless braided brake lines (metalcloak).
New rear drums/pad and hardware. Replaced rear axle seals and bearings (Timken).
New wheels(mammoth boulders) and new BFG AT KO2s
New metalcloak long travel short arm 3.5” suspension kit with rocksport shocks.
New quadratec ARB style bull bumper with Warn VR EVO 10s (synthetic rope) winch.
New X2 power AGM battery and all new battery wiring by custom battery cables dot com.
LED lights front and rear to include Truck Lites headlights.
Rugged ridge hurricane flares.
Quadratec Top in excellent condition, interior as well. Everything has been extensively cleaned and attended to.

Paint is original. Windshield replaced recently with 50% tint. 15% on door glass.
