My TJ shudders between 30-40 mph then levels off after and drives smooth. Does anyone have any ideas why this might be? My tires are good and i redid my u joints on my drive shaft. If my alignment is off some can this be the problem?

Sounds like a tire balancing issue. Does the steering wheel shimmy along with the "shuttering" between 30-40mph?

I hate shittering?

Not much its the dash that shutters mostly the steering wheel vibrates some bit when i let off the gas it settles then when i gas it does it again

That sounds more like a driveline issue. Can you tell us what's been done to the drivetrain? Does the Jeep have any of the following:
suspension lift, tummy tuck / raised belly skid, transfer case drop/spacer, motor mount lift, adjustable rear control arms, slip yoke eliminator?

I thought it was my dive shaft also so I replaced the U joints on it,could it need rebalancing again? I have a 6” lift

6” lift? What is your pinion angle? SYE?
Stock drive train? Rear axle placement stock?
Going to be hard pressed to get that DS happy.

It happens. A moderator will be along soon enough.
Take a few photos of the drive line both where it meets the differential and the transfer case. As well as a complete shot from the side showing all in one photo.
