Death Wobble Starting

Both ends of the track bar are too loose. If you want to see it, put the camera closer to each trackbar joint and rock the steering back and forth more quickly, short quick strokes, like a couple of people said above. Just replacing the trackbar might take care of most/all of the problem.

Changed out the track bar and sway bar links today and the steering dampener yesterday. They were all worn out, studs moved easily. Driver side link was a nightmare to get off, I ended up cutting it small enough to get my ball joint press around it and press it out. I wasted a lot of time with the pickle fork and tie rod puller before I got the sawzall out. I expected the track bar to be a pain but it was no problem at all, easy off and back on.

I haven’t drove through the construction zone that’s been causing problems but a quick 5 mile trip to Chick Fila seemed to have less vibrations in the steering wheel.
