Utah Official TJ Fest 2023 Thread

Regret to inform that I've cancelled my KOA reservation and yet again will not make it to Moab. I have too many irons in the fire ATT, house maintenance/remodel, grandkid graduation 500 miles away and a month long wheeling/fishing trip to Montana in July (poor me). Good news is I'll be hitting some old stomping grounds from 50 years past (still remote and relatively unknown) and some places I've never seen. So I'll be wheeling the trees and lakes (provided I can setup the LJ to flat/double tow behind the 5'er).

Hope you all have an absolute blast and a lot of laughs.

I signed up on the site a couple days ago but I still don’t seem to be showing up in the attendee list.

My brother in law with his JKUR and I will be arriving Monday and staying until Saturday. This is the first visit for both of us so we’re planning to stick to the easier scenic stuff.

I've never signed up for either TJFest that I have attended 🤫

This is why TJ Fest is not an event and why I don't sign up for it. Never leave a paper trail! 🤣

I’m on my way. Made it to Blackfoot, ID. Staying at a spot called Rose Ponds. Free camping. It looks like a series of gravel pits. No one here but an RV Boondocking with a yellow JLU. I’ve got beer, fire 🔥, a sunset, a gun, some yogurt, and a Taco Bell 4.2 miles away. I’m going to get some food then head back out for a downloaded movie and some 💤’z. Moab tomorrow!
