If that is your deciding factor, you want nothing I've ever touched. I got time to do 1 thing well at a time, a clean work area or a well built rig, you can have one or the other, not both.

WTF there are Many deciding factors to consider when buying or not buying something.
Would you eat at a restaurant where the food was good but the place was filthy because the Chef only focused on one thing and cleaning was not it?

For the record my shop is a complete disaster of a mess.

Not a LJR, but this will be up here soon, little higher than your budget but it's turnkey.

2004, Savvy 4", currie steering, 5.13's/ARB's , RCV CV in the Dana 30, BMB Big brake kit, bulldawg hardtop with gullwing's, GR8tops tool box.

109k IIRC on odo, southern and zero rust.

Need more room now that little man wants to go camping.

In April 2023 I bought a '04 LJ (not a Rubicon) with 4" lift, 35" tires, hard top, automatic, and winch with 121k miles in very good condition. Paid $17.5k in Northern Utah.
