Rocky Mountain Billy Goat Build

Getting back after it and gearing up for some time off work - I started to dial in my 3d printer to revive old ideas. In dialing in the bed level and many other things, I printed these for bottle jacks (of the HF press variety) and will make an adaptation for my trail bottle jack.

Hopefully I can make progress on the other printable projects I started a while ago.

Next week will be busy. Sliders need to happen, and there's several other projects sitting on the bench to dive into.

That's awesome. That would be super handy for the HF press.

Like many free designs online it's just good enough to work, but not a great product. I don't know how much variance there is on these but I'll be redesigning it to fit better. If you have a press, DM me an address and I'll send you one after I make it better (after next week though).

That doesn't look like you're going to grind to a solution... Heat & hammer?

Looks like a lot of material would be required to be removed as the front looks flared out.

No, they're an unknown age of the AL ones. But I heard elsewhere just grind a little more and expect them to fall into place - so that'll happen tomorrow AM.

I can't find any photos but I do recall mine looking similar before grinding.

I installed Blaine's new marker lights, like many projects right now it's only partially complete and requires follow up work. Hopefully some day I will get my head above water again.

As @psrivats mentions in the other post, the Novita LM470 flasher works with these (and LED tails). Now to patch the grille holes eventually (probably when the trans cooler goes in). If anyone needs the GCD flasher and is nearby, it's all yours.

The jeep is officially a garage queen that is only for fun, after getting a daily driver for the low price of fixing it and cleaning up my garage. It's nothing special, but it does keep my better half happy with a more young kid friendly vehicle. Another bonus is now the jeep can be down for a few days+ at a time for a stack of projects.

This vehicle has sat in a parking spot for the last 4 years. Fortunately (so far) a battery and tracing wires later (due to something eating some wires), it's driving fairly well. Needs fluids, tires, and possibly a brake job (or to at least break them back in).

2014 Ford Fusion?

(Google image search keeps getting better and better!)

Yeah! It's a base model, but only has 32k on it. I wouldn't choose it, but the price is right. The shift points in this car are awful as is Ford sync - far and away the worst infotainment system I've ever used.
