Can someone tell me more about these 16" wheels?

The PO of my '97 TJ put on these 16" rims. I have been trying to find just one as I need it for the spare. Can someone tell me what year and model(s) had these to make my search that much easier.

I have checked the local Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist but these things are elusive. They seem to be as rare as hens teeth, at least here in North Alabama.

Is that 5x4.5 or a 5x5 bolt pattern?
 
Did the JK ever come with 16" rims?? Only seen 17" rims on JK/JL. Just checking if the O/P's rim diameter is right.
