I'm going to do some research as well. But, does anybody know if it's ok to buy just the psc 03-06 steering gear box alone? While retaining the stock pump? Only so I could build it in stages.

The 3 grand is tough to stare at.

Also, I am running this psc cooler now? Is this type of cooler actually a restriction?

I run the PSC gear box with stock pump on my 06 right now. The steering has less assist than stock but not an issue. I’m on 35’s

I run the same cooler setup on mine. I contacted Psc and the guy on the other end said it wouldn’t be a problem. My cooler is 3/8” and I think the Psc uses 1/2” return lines. Changing to the Psc cooler in the kit would require reworking the coolers.

My Jeep is on 35's also, it won't steering very well when all bound up crawling around, I'd just like to address that Mercedes-Benz gear box now that I know about it.

Currently I'd like to keep it around 1500$ on the steering, if I'm buying the Gen-right sides.

I don't see any issue using a New PSC high flow pump with reservoir. and the new PSC big bore gear box. That puts it around 1500$ plus 1000$ for Gen-right sides. All cause I went to the OHV park for the day...:cool:.

Then add the ram And lines later, and possibly use the black magic psc cooler and line kit.
 
More non-TJ stuff...

The old brown k10 from earlier in this thread received an aluminum 6.0l ls this winter. That's one reason I haven't been posting here as often.

I kept the sm465.

I sold the old engine from this truck for a good price, it only had 1500 miles in it. I was tired of gen 1 gm world. And wanted to join the darkside of LS kool aid.

I'm enjoying the ls smoothness, and no leaks. The engine was built by me 100% with new parts, but on a budget. Ha

Also ordered prp seats and belts and steering wheel for that truck. I did get the seat heater option as well.

I like the Mexican serape pattern belts and wheel. I'm aware not a crowd favorite.

I did correct the fan shroud by extending it.
