I noticed the right blinker indicator is on when driving down the road even when the blinker isn’t on. Does this mean a bulb is out or maybe a fuse?

For sure means the bulb is out. Honestly, never check with the fuse out or blown, you just spark my curiosity on this one.
Did you have LED on the front side markers(i men the ones in the flares not know other name for it)?
I have that problem and have to flip the LED lights on the socket like to invert the polarity until hits the perfect combination, the ones on the flares are quite specials. I do also have some similar on Jonathan TJ but end up been a loose ground.

new to the jeep thing but I had the same issue with mine (it was the left turn indicator though). Mine caused the beeping thing once I turned the headlights on, got up to speed and drove for a kilometer or so (it thinks the signal light is on and the beeping is the warning), bulb was good and the fuse was good. I cleaned the bulb socket and the plug that it plugs into and it fixed it.

No LED’s here. I’m going to go with Flibs suggestion and hopefully that should fix my problem!

some times my right blinker light lights up steady when nothing is blinking. Wiggle the lever a little and it turns off. I envision I have a switch replacement in my future.

I think I found the problem lol. Front right blinker wasn’t in the best shape. All good now. Thanks everyone!
