A true legend! ZZ Top remains one of my favorite bands of all time.
Definitely sad that we lost another rock star. I still remember how big their videos were on MTV with Legs, Sharp Dressed Man, Gimme all your lovin and a bunch of others.

saw them play in Indy in 1986 for the Afterburner tour. what an awesome opening.

"That little ol band from Texas" is an interesting documentary on them.
I think that's were they talk about getting signed up for a Blues festival and ending up last on the bill. Only white players there that day but played into the night once the crowd got into them.
